Job Description

This role involves transforming prototypes into manufacturable products, creating technical documentation for manufacturing and assembly, and designing test jigs. You'll be responsible for analyzing complex tolerance stacks and ensuring the manufacturability of machined parts and assemblies. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mechanical engineering, industrial supply chains, and technical documentation. You’ll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues across departments to develop robots that will have a real impact in the field.

Requirements

• Experience with 3D CAD and 3D modeling, with all designs conducted in a 3D environment
• Solid technical background in engineering and physics
• Ability to design and assemble moving systems with customized parts
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
• Willingness to assist colleagues in other departments when needed
• Fluency in English or Japanese with conversational skills in the other language

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex assemblies
• Knowledge of technical supply chain management
• Mechatronics engineering experience
• Experience with sealing structures (waterproof, dustproof)
• Experience with machining and additive manufacturing of complex parts

Salary Range

¥6M - ¥7.5M
