Job Description
We’re a startup with the vision of “Sustainable Industries and Sustainable Living,” aiming to solve the challenges faced by the logistics and manufacturing industries that support Japan's infrastructure. We’re currently developing an automated transport robot, which specializes in automating "intra-process transport" occurring in logistics centers and manufacturing plants. Our robot is an automated transport robot with no equivalent in the world, integrating autonomous driving and guided path navigation functions into a single system. The goal is to expand this product not only in the Japanese market but globally. Since its product announcement in April 2022, several customers have already adopted the product, and we are currently working on further expanding production and sales. In this position, you will be responsible for leading customer implementation proposals and managing the actual implementation projects, providing added value to customers. You will also be involved in tasks such as defining directions for improving the features of existing products to make them easier to introduce to customers and addressing various customer needs in the implementation process. We’re looking for individuals who are ready to join us in the challenge of becoming the next-generation industrial machinery manufacturer.
Requirements
- Experience in planning and sales strategies for enterprise customers
- Experience in product management or product development roles
- Proficiency in business documentation and communication in Japanese
- Experience in project management

Salary Range
¥7M - ¥12M (based on skills, experience, and abilities)
