Since the product launch in 2022, the company has experienced steady growth in sales and is now working on scaling production and expanding its impact in both the Japanese market and globally. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in designing customer-focused solutions, creating implementation proposals, and managing project execution. Collaborating closely with sales, product, and technical teams, you will address customer challenges, develop effective automation solutions, and ensure seamless implementation. Additionally, you will gather and analyze customer feedback to propose product improvements that make our solutions even more accessible and valuable. Requirements

  • Experience in solution proposals within automation or robotics
  • Sales or consulting experience in related sectors
  • Proficiency in Japanese for customer discussions
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant technical understanding

Salary Range

¥12M - ¥15M (based on skills, experience, and abilities)
