About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of complex client projects and deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between client requirements and engineering capabilities, ensuring seamless project delivery while driving innovation and efficiency.

Requirements

• Understand client objectives beyond technical specifics and align solutions with their overall goals
• Collaborate closely with engineers to develop solutions that meet customer needs while minimizing internal development burdens
• Independently plan projects including resource allocation
• cost estimation
• and scheduling
• Integrate projects into the company’s resource roadmap and manage both internal and external resources
• Anticipate potential issues that clients may not foresee and design deliverables to exceed their expectations
• Manage junior project managers and interns while offering guidance and support
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal project management processes
• Identify and address project risks with effective solutions to keep projects on track
• Optimize resource allocation to ensure project efficiency and success
• Maintain a high-level understanding of relevant technologies to communicate effectively with engineering teams.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
• Proven ability to mentor junior project managers or interns

Salary Range

¥7.5M - ¥9M (based on skills, experience, and abilities)
