Job Description

We are seeking a Server Solutions Architect and Developer to design, build, and implement server architectures for both cloud and on-premises applications. This role requires a strong technical background in system architecture and development, along with direct customer interaction and occasional on-site deployments for clients operating in non-cloud environments. While some project coordination is involved, the focus remains on hands-on technical work and close collaboration with customers. Japanese language skills are a plus but not mandatory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Extensive experience in server architecture for cloud and on-premises applications
• Strong AWS services and resource management knowledge
• Proven API development experience (Rest
• Mqtt)
• Background in customer engagement for requirement gathering and technical solutions
• Proficiency in server-side programming languages (Python
• Node.js
• Java)
• Strong understanding of networking
• security standards
• and database technologies (Sql/Nosql)
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools
• Familiarity with non-cloud deployment processes
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to travel for on-site deployments

Preferred Skills

• Fluency in Japanese
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines

Salary Range

¥7M - ¥9M (based on skills, experience, and abilities)
