The Robotics Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development of robotic and mechanical systems. This includes managing in-house and contract-based projects, ensuring proper design, development, testing, and maintenance of robotic products. The role requires coordination with international engineering teams and the ability to support both software and hardware aspects of robotic development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience
• 3+ years in project management
• Hands-on experience with Python or C++
• Strong coding abilities
• Proficiency in Linux and terminal commands
• JLPT N1-level Japanese
• Business-level English proficiency

Preferred Skills

• Agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Robot vision system development
• ROS1/ROS2 experience
• Mechanical design using CAD
• Mechatronics with microcontrollers
• AI-related software development

Salary Range

¥8M - ¥10M (based on skills, experience, and abilities)
