The role involves developing autonomous remote-controlled robots and working on contract-based development projects. Responsibilities include: Designing, developing and maintaining software for robot deployment and maintenance. Working on system development for mobile robots, industrial robots, and research manipulators.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• proficiency in Python or C++
• hands-on experience coding for robots or mechanical systems
• Linux development skills (including terminal commands)
• Japanese proficiency at a business level (JLPT N2 or above)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with robot vision systems
• ROS1/ROS2
• involvement in robot-related projects
• CAD-based mechanical design
• microcontroller-based mechatronics
• AI-driven software development
