We are a Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) company specializing in robotic systems for non-destructive inspection, maintenance, and repair. Our mission is to solve critical industrial challenges using cutting-edge technology, enhancing safety and efficiency in complex environments. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams in developing and deploying advanced robotic solutions. You will be responsible for planning and executing project plans, leading cross-disciplinary teams, managing project budgets, and ensuring the timely delivery of engineering solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in robotics or technology sectors
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software engineering
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related fields)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification
• Japanese language skills
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodology

Salary Range

¥6M - ¥8M (based on skills, experience, and abilities)
