Job Description

Company Overview: The company is expanding its AI division within the Data Value Creation Group to drive innovation in construction technology. This role focuses on applying advanced mathematics and AI to solve complex industry challenges through research, algorithm development, and cross-functional collaboration. Role Description: Identify and address technical challenges in Smart Construction Utilize advanced mathematical techniques to enhance AI algorithms Solve optimization problems related to construction site planning and resource allocation Work closely with AI engineers and multidisciplinary teams to transform mathematical insights into practical solutions Conduct research and implement AI, ML, or optimization-based methods to tackle industry-specific issues

Requirements

  • PhD or Master’s in Physics
  • Mathematics or a related field
  • Expertise in linear algebra; statistics; probability; optimization theory and numerical methods
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling
  • Ability to interpret and implement research findings
  • Strong mathematical intuition
  • Effective technical communication in English
