Job Description

The front-end engineer will contribute to the development of a global AI-powered contract review platform, ensuring high-quality UI/UX while balancing efficiency and maintainability. Responsibilities include designing and developing front-end features, conducting code and design reviews, improving automation and observability, and writing documentation to enhance team productivity. The role involves collaborating with teams in Japan and the U.S. to tailor the product for international markets while maintaining consistency across platforms.

Requirements

• Experience in front-end development using a framework/library with TypeScript
• Strong understanding of HTML; CSS
• and JavaScript
• At least 3 years of experience in web system development
• Experience working in a team environment using Git and repositories like GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
• Ability to read and understand English technical documents
• Japanese proficiency (N2 or higher) with the ability to engage in technical conversations

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of web accessibility and software architecture
• Experience optimizing network requests and algorithms
• UI design experience with tools like Figma or Adobe XD
• Experience with MS Office plugin development
• Proficiency in text processing programming
• Business-level English communication skills

Salary Range

¥8M - ¥15M (based on skills, experience, and abilities)
