Our core services include AI-driven solutions that support contract review, contract management, and legal workflows. We are seeking an Engineering Manager (TeamEM) to lead the development team, manage project progress, and collaborate with product managers and tech leads to deliver impactful solutions. The role involves balancing project management with product design decisions and system architecture.

Requirements

• Software development experience in any programming language
• Experience managing a product development team
• 5+ years of web service development or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of web service system operation and maintenance experience
• Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1

Preferred Skills

• Experience in UX-focused application design
• Experience in risk management for teams, projects, or products
• Experience as a product owner
• Experience developing and operating B2B services
• Experience in prioritizing feature development, technical debt reduction, and technical investment
• Experience in improving development team performance

Salary Range

¥7.7M–¥12M (depending on experience and skills; potential for additional stock options)
