Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead two long-term projects with 6-10 developers. You will organize and coordinate the development team to ensure steady progress and timely project completion. Working closely with Solution Managers and Software Architects, you will define the technical approach for client-facing functionality, manage risks, and ensure a smooth development process. Your role is critical in helping us automate machines and bring social and economic transformation through cutting-edge technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field
- 3+ years of experience in project management or leading software development teams
- Knowledge of software development workflows and principles
- Familiarity with Linux and containerization
- Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., C++, Python, JavaScript)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
Preferred Skills
- Robotics experience or ROS knowledge
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodology
- Hands-on attitude with the ability to break down complex processes
Salary Range
¥9M - ¥14M (based on skills, experience, and abilities)
